The scaffolding Part 1 course provides an introduction to scaffolding, covering the safe erection and alteration of a range of scaffolding structures. The course is a hands on course, with practical sessions to compliment the classroom theory sessions.
Who’s the course for?
Operatives who have a minimum of 6 months experience within the scaffolding industry and are looking to start the training in order to achieve a basic scaffolders card.
Course Aims and Objectives
On completions of the course operatives will have an understanding of the statutory regulations, the knowledge and skill to be able to safely erect, as a member of a team, various scaffold structures and on successfully completing the course will be issued with CISRS Scaffolding Part 1 Certificate.
Course Content
All operatives need to bring the following safety equipment:
Safety Shoes/Boots, Gloves, Hard Hat, Overalls/Work Clothes, Tool Belt and Frogs, Harness , Scaffold Spanner, Level, Tape Measure and 2 passport photos.
