The Construction Site Supervision NVQ Level 3 is designed for construction personnel who carry out the function of Construction Site Supervisors, it will enable them to gain a recognised qualification to prove competence. The Construction Site Supervision Units provide an overview of all aspects of this job role.
The NEBOSH Construction Certificate programme is a nationally recognised Health and Safety qualification. It is suitable for Site Managers, Planning Supervisors, Health and Safety Advisors in Construction and Employee Representatives and is designed to cover general health and safety issues within a construction context as well as placing emphasis on the specific issues that make the industry one of the most dangerous in which to work. On successful completion of the course delegates will receive a NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
The Occupational Site Supervision NVQ Level 3 is designed for construction personnel engaged in specific trade activities responsible for the supervision of their work force.
The Plant Manager Safety Training Refresher Course is intended for delegates who currently hold a valid Plant Manager Safety Training Certificate or a valid Site Management Safety Training Scheme Certificate (original or refresher). Once the certificate has been acheived it needs to be renewed every 5 years by attending the PMSTS Refresher Course. It aims to bring health and safety knowledge up to date, as well as giving a thorough overview of the legislative changes and their impact in the workplace.
The Plant Managers' Safety Training Course is designed to help plant managers, instructors, agents and supervisors to manage health and safety on site in accordance with legal provisions, and within the context of their management or supervisory roles. This course will help develop an understanding of responsibilities and accountability for site health, safety and welfare and recognise a safe site, training area, workshop area that is efficient, economical and productive.
The refresher course is intended for delegates who currently hold a valid Site Management Safety Training Certificate. The certificate has to be renewed every 5 years by attending the SMSTS Refresher Course. It aims to bring health and safety knowledge up to date, as well as giving a thorough overview of the legislative changes and their impact in the workplace.
