Qualified A1 Assessors and working towards A1 Assessors and individuals considering becoming certificated assessors.

• Consider the impact of current initiatives and how this may affect the role of the assessor.
• Provide delegates the opportunity to explore good practice in assessment practices.
• Provide guidance on how and when to assess learners in line with A1.
• Compare your own performance and how you contribute to the internal quality process.

1/2 Day

Training Method
Through the delivery of a power point presentation and various group activities / workshops.

Methods of Assessment
Delegates will contribute by actively contributing and completing a number of group activities / workshops.

Qualification/Certification
A certificate of attendance will be issued and this event can count towards 3 hours CPD.
